Summer Cheshire Village Hall Wedding

I love a knees-up, super relaxed Cheshire Village Hall Wedding because when an enquiry like that lands in your inbox, you know it’s going to be a super chilled and full of personal, DIY elements. Anna and Matt are friends of my couples who got married the month before them – Leanne & Chris’ wedding – and it was so fun to photograph two friends weddings so close together.

Anna and Matt got married in the local church as Anna’s grandad was the local vicar and they wanted to be married by a family member. Afterwards, it was straight into the camper van and off to the party. They had one my all time favourite wedding entertainment ideas – an ice cream van! Every time a couple has an ice cream van at their wedding, the guests go crazy for it and it always goes down a treat! Anna and Matt even got into the van and started serving ice creams, as well as having some fun with their own. A great ting about having a Cheshire village hall wedding is that it’s a blank slate so you can add and bring whatever you like!

Relaxed & Candid Wedding Photography

As golden hour began, we headed into the surrounded fields to have some fun. Anna was deserate to have a champage spray and dance around with smoke bombs, so of course we made it happen! The photos are so chilled and candid and are some of my favourite from their day. Sparklers and dancing ended their Cheshire wedding, as well as a Mac & Cheese food truck which was amazing!
