Christine and Rachel’s Castlefield Rooms wedding was beautifully non-traditional and full of love. From their chilled ceremony to epic entertainment, this wedding is definitely one to check out for all the fun, colourful and quirky wedding inspo.

Christine and Rachel had their ceremony at the beautiful Castlefield Rooms. Christine and Rachel arrived separately but had a few minutes together alone before the ceremony to see each other for the first time and have a few excitied moments together before the serious part. After some happy giggles, they walked down the aisle together. I love it when couples have non-traditional elements in their day and walking down the aisle together is always one of my favourites. After the ceremony, it was straight into a confetti rainbow explsion which joyfulyl led into one of my ultimate favourite wedding entertainment ideas – a marching brass band! Not only were they following Christine and Rachel through the colourful confetti tunnel, but they were playing 90’s nostalgia songs that turned all the guests ferral with excitement. 

Castlefield Rooms Wedding

The marching brass band hyped up the guests all the way to their second venue; The Science and Industry Museum! Mr Wilsons Second Liners were with us for about 45 minutes to march us through the streets of Deansgate and Castlefield and it was so fun watching all the guestts and Christine and Rachel love every minute and be the main characters as bystanders watched the party roll through the streets.

Once at the party venue, the band played an epic finale with everyone crowded around and it was honestly such an impactful element of their day that everyone was talking about into the night.
