If you think I could be a good fit for you and your wedding, and you like my photography style, I’d love to hear from you so we can have a chat. Just fill out my contact form with some details about you as a couple, your wedding date and location, and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can!
2. Wanna Grab Some Coffee & Cake?
Next, we can meet up in person and talk all things you and your wedding. This is great time for us to get to know each other and for you to ask me any questions you have about my work or packages. I like to think I’m a bubbly sort, so don’t worry about anything being awkward - I’m sure that if we’re a good fit, we’ll be good friends by the end! If you’re too far away to meet in person - not to worry! We can arrange to talk over Skype or FaceTime.
3. Let's Get Ready to Rumble
You’ve both talked it over and you think I’m a good fit for you both and your wedding - what now? Pop me over a message and the fun can begin. I’ll send you over some paperwork for you to fill out and all you have to do now is pay a 25% booking fee, and voila: I’m all yours for your date. Please note that I can’t save your date until the booking fee is paid, so it’s best to try and fill out the paperwork and get this sorted within a week.
4. It's Finally Here!
Yay! This day is all about you two, so make sure you enjoy minute of your day. I’ll be working hard the whole day to try and make sure I don’t a thing; the laughter, the tears, the little glances to each other. I want to capture your day as it happens with little interruption, so when you’re getting ready or gluggling away at the fancy bottle of champagne, I’ll let you do your thing and snap away. Sometimes you won’t know I’m there, but other times you’ll see me busting some moves on the dance floor with your guests while I’m clicking away, but rest assured that my main goal is to take real pictures that tell the story of your wedding day.
I love your couples portrait session, and this will be split up through your day to maximise the time you can spend with your loved ones, but don’t worry - these will be fun, emotive and relaxed; try and think of this as some ‘alone time’ together.
5. Love Them, Share Them
After your wedding day, I’ll start working on your pictures. I’ll post some preview images of your day either on Facebook or Instagram, and you can tag yourselves in them and share them with your loved ones!
6. It's Editing Time
I always edit your images individually to make sure they’re all consistent with my style and to make sure your gallery is lovely as a whole. I always backup your images in multiple locations to make sure they’re safe and sound while I’m working on them. Your gallery can take up to 10 weeks to arrive, however it’s normally less than this, and even shorter in off peak seasons!
7. They're Ready!
After weeks of waiting and anticipation, it’s finally over! You’ll receive an email from me with the news and links to your private online gallery where you can view and download all of your high-resolution images. You can send this to family and friends so they can all see the pictures from your special day. You can print as many of the pictures as you’d like, or you can order them from me and receive high quality printed images.
8. Memories Are Forever
I offer beautifully bespoke wedding albums for you to cherish after your wedding day has passed - this way you can have something physical to look through in the years to come and revisit all of those emotions and memories from your day. I offer packages with and without albums, so feel free to pop me a message before or after your wedding to talk about this more.
